A Women's Retreat ​

​The women's retreat is a safe and nurturing time to come home to yourself, relaxing into your own rhythms. As we cross the threshold of our current lives into a time of renewal, we nourish the deep roots of our wisdom, creativity, vitality, and power.
Thursday
  • Arrival time as early as 3 pm: time to settle in, rest, explore 
  • Dinner at 6 pm
  • At 7 pm we begin by gathering in a circle for introductions and to create a safe and sacred space for our time together. Through a collage practice we move into a process of discovering what is calling within us to be nurtured and embodied.
Friday & Saturday Schedule
  • Breakfast from rising to 8:30 
  • Gather from 9:00 to noon.
  • 3 hour break for lunch: Take a nap, hike to a waterfall, or receive a Reiki treatment or tarot reading 
  • Gather from 3:00 to 6:00
  • Dinner at 6:30
  • Gather from 8:00 to 9:30 
​Friday & Saturday Activities
  • Ecstatic Dance & Authentic Movement deepen us into the beauty of body and soul, discovering what within us seeks expression in our lives.
  • Mask-Making & Guided Meditation provide reflections of the inner self as we discover new creative potential and hidden wisdom and power.
  • ​Prompted Free Writing helps us complete with and release what no longer supports us and discover new creative potential.
  • Practices with breath, drum, and vocal sounding help us to discover and free the voice of the soul. 
  • Dreamwork reveals new perspectives and possibilities—and how to grow them in your life.
Sunday 
Includes breakfast and lunch.  We start with dream work, followed by a ritual of release and rebirth and identifying practical daily ways to continue to nurture yourself and your gifts as you move into and through the world.

Retreat Location
A  secluded forest home in Cascadel Woods,  North Fork,  CA.  A short walk to a beautiful pristine mountain creek and cascades.  To add a trip to Yosemite before or after the retreat, the southern entrance to the park is just 50 minutes away.
Tuition
Sliding scale $250–$950 (Tuition to cover basic costs is $675. If you are able to pay more, you help my effort to make the retreat affordable for women who can’t). Spaces limited to 6 women —$50 deposit holds your place.
